This handbook includes a review of three basic types of coping skills:  emotional, behavioral, and cognitive.  It is offered for CE credit to remind the helper of important tools and techniques necessary for self-care as a helper, but it is also a guide for the helper to use with his/her clients, as well.  The Coping Skills Handbook will explain the difference between the three types of coping skills and provide examples of each.
