LOGIN, PASSWORDS

I paid for a course, but I have not received an email with login instructions.


Once you make a purchase, the Learning Management System generates an automatic email with your login instructions that will go to the email you provided when you filled out your profile. Many times, if you did not receive the email it is beccause your SPAM filters blocked the email or sent it to your JUNK folder. If you used an email address with the suffixes .edu, .org, .gov, or somehting similar, your organization/agency likely has SPAM filters that are blocking the email. In that case, contact us at ACEonlineLLC@gmail.com and we will send you your login information. Then, we recommend that you login and change your email in your profile to an @gmail.com or @yahoo.com address.




I recieved the email with my login instructions, but when I copied and pasted the username and password into the login screen of the Learning Portal, it did not work.


The system does not like copying and pasting and sometimes hidden elements are copied by mistake. Please try manually typing in the username and password exactly as it appears (they are case sensitive). If that still does not work, please contact us at ACEonlineLLC@gmail.com and we will assist you.




I tried to purchase a course and filled out the New User Form at Checkout, but I was interrupted and did not complete the checkout process or make my purchase. When I returned later to complete the purchase and filled out the New User Form at Checkout again, it said that there was already a User with my name and email address.


Once you fill out the New User Form at Checkout, you have created a User account with our Learning Management System, even though you may not have completed the checkout process or made a purchase. An automatic email was generated and sent to the email address you used in the New User Form containing your username and temporary password. If you wish to complete the checkout process and make your purchase, you will need to retrieve the email with your username and temporary password and return to the Checkout page as a Returning User. If you did not receive the email with the username and temporary password, you will need to contact us at ACEonlineLLC@gmail.com and ask for password reset. You will not be able to reset the temporary password on your own.





FLORIDA

How do I report my CE credit to the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling?


Once you successfully complete your CE, ACEonline will report your CE to CE Broker on your behalf (provided you have a license number with the state of Florida). In the state of Florida, the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling (Board) has contracted with CE Broker to manage the reporting of CEs to the Board. Once ACEonline reports your CEs to CE Broker, CE Broker provides the Board with all information necessary to renew your license.




Do you submit certificates to CE Broker?


No. We only report your CE credit.





ILLINOIS

How do I report my CEs to the Illinois Department of Financial and Profession?


You are responsible for reporting your CEs to the IDFPR. To upload your Certificates of Completion, click this link and select "Document Upload Instructions" under "Portal Administration."





GENERAL

What if I do not complete the courses I purchased within the 30 day period I was enrolled, can I purchase an extension?


Yes, if you need extra time, just contact us at ACEonlineLLC@gmail.com and we will send you a link to purchase an extension.
