Course Description
"Flakka" is one of the latest designer drugs hitting the streets of South Florida and is even more potent and more addictive than its synthetic predecessors. This course is comprised of a video which introduces this new synthetic drug, reviews some of its distinguishing characteristics, discusses the chemical composition of the drug and how it effects the brain. This course will also guide the learner on how to report someone who is believed to be on the drug.

Learning Objectives
To be introduced to the designer drug known commonly as “Flakka” and its unique position and development in the framework of controlled substances

To be aware of the reported effects and dangers associated with the use of Flakka

Requirements
You will be expected to review all materials provided and pass the poset-test with a minimum of 70%, in order to receive your certificate of completion. You will also be required to complete a course evaluation. Once you have satisfactorily completed the post-test and submitted your evaluation, your certificate will be emailed to you.
